Custom Style (カスタムスタイル) is one of MegaMan.EXE's Style Changes in the Mega Man Battle Network series. This style is obtained by selecting as many non-Navi chips as possible in a turn, focusing more on Battle Chip and Program Advance strategies. It is recognized by the large upgraded backpack.

- MegaMan has seven chips available on the Custom Screen at the start of battle.
Mega Man Battle Network 3
- MegaMan has six chips available on the Custom Screen at the start of battle.
- MegaMan can receive rare chips (e.g., BigWave from Mettaur3, Burning from Fishy2, etc.) or rare chip codes (e.g., Cannon * from Cannodumb, PoisMask * from Puffball) from virus battles if he fulfills specific ranking requirements. These rankings are nicknamed by fans as "Busting Level S+" and "Busting Level S++". The color of the S will be slightly off-color to signify that either an S+ or an S++ was received for the battle.
- The requirements for a Busting Level S+ are the following:
- Score a Busting Level of S.
- Have a Delete Time less than 5 seconds.
- Don't use the Mega Buster normal shot.
- Don't use Normal Style's Charge Shot attack.
- Don't use Navi Chips.
- The requirements for a Busting Level S++ are the following:
- Score a Busting Level of S+.
- Only open the Custom Screen at the beginning of the battle (i.e., finish the battle on Turn 1).
- The requirements for a Busting Level S+ are the following:
- Custom Style can use blue Navi Customizer Programs without errors.

- Raises Buster charge speed.
- Charge Shot becomes Aqua Shot.
- Attacks deal double damage against Heat enemies.

MegaMan NT Warrior anime
AquaCustom Style is the last of MegaMan's Styles to be unlocked, and initially appears when Lan inputs the EX Code (Extra Code) into MegaMan's program. This is MegaMan's most powerful style, but the dependence on the EX Code limits his ability to prolong battles, since it quickly exhausts MegaMan's power. Aqua Custom allows MegaMan to utilize Program Advances quite fluently, and imbues them with the water element: when Lan input one Spreader Battle Chip, the Aqua Custom style tripled it and recombined the three into the Hyper Burst Program Advance; when he tried again, the style quintupled the Battle Chip and recombined the results into the Mega Death Burst Program Advance.
MegaMan NT Warrior manga
The four primary Style Changes are only used by the four ultimate warriors from the trial bestowed by PharaohMan, MegaMan never gets the chance to use them. Custom Style warrior interprets its Custom ability by being able to form many Program Advances instantly.

- In the English version of MMBN3, the e-mail Lan gets from Yuichiro for Custom Style says that the player can get rare chips by deleting viruses without the Buster or Chips. This is most likely a typo as it should have said Navi Chips.
- In the anime, Custom Style’s EX Code (ASK3IETN) can be used on Battle Network 3 for an HP+200. The NT Warrior English dub removed it and edited in a new code that doesn’t work for the game (FSJ水HJM). Intentional or not, the kanji symbol for water (水) lines up for Custom Style being Aqua elemental.
