Shield Style (シールドスタイル) is one of MegaMan.EXE's Style Changes in the Mega Man Battle Network series. This style is obtained by using recovery and defensive chips. This style is recognized by its shield on its right arm.

- MegaMan can raise a shield by pressing B + ←.

- MegaMan starts every battle with a Barrier.
- If Shield or Reflect is performed just as MegaMan is about to be hit by a non-breaking attack, he heals for 10% of his maximum HP. This value is based on MegaMan's total HP prior to the addition of any HP+ NCP programs.
- Shield Style can use blue Navi Customizer Programs without errors.

- Raises MegaMan's defense.
- Charge Shot becomes Twister.

WoodShield Style allows MegaMan's shield to block, reflect, and lessen attacks, similar to the games. Unique to this incarnation, his buster automatically becomes a Twister attack without having to charge it.
MegaMan NT Warrior manga
The four primary Style Changes are only used by the four ultimate warriors from the trial bestowed by PharaohMan, MegaMan never gets the chance to use them. Shield Style warrior 's buckler has the ability to completely deflect almost any attack it receives, though ShieldStyle makes a point of restraining himself strictly to matters of defense, leaving his allies to attack.

In this manga, The Shield Style is vastly similar to the anime; the only difference is that the manga makes a point of charging his buster, first.
