Spectrum is a program co-created by Dr. Wily and Tadashi Hikari 20 years before the start of the Rockman.EXE Stream. It is seen in use in Rockman.EXE: Hikari to Yami no Program. In episode 32 of Stream, a large, red ocean of sludge flooded the bottom layer of the cyber world due to the failure of this project.
It reappears in episode 50, where Barrel uses it to materialize himself into the future, despite only Navis and data usually being able to.
Trivia
- It was mentioned by Meijin as the rumored special program in the Undernet Bubble GoGoGo!, and it was true when Dr. Regal found and used it Rockman EXE: Hikari to Yami no Program.
